The Therapy Theatre is an initiative towards self-expression and self-learning through the art of applying therapies on oneself and others.

The Objective of the program is to:
1. Help understand one’s emotions, thoughts and feelings
2. Understanding the root cause of the problems that arise in our lives.
3. Techniques for immediate remedy.
4. Experiential learning and practise of our own faith.
5. Releasing, realizing and reliving our selves.
6. Sharing the knowledge with our people.
7. Opening the door for change at different levels of our existence.
8. Service towards humanity.
The Therapist Trainer is Dr. Sonia Mackwani, Founder-Director of ‘The Therapy Theatre.’ She is M A in Clinical Psychology, Doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Alternative Therapy Practitioner.
She is also Founder-Director of ‘Touching Lives Welfare Trust,’ Author of Children’s book which was selected for the Frankfurt Book Fair, Researcher in Metaphysics, Trustee of Atmavishwas Vidyalaya, a rehab centre for mental illnesses in Gujarat, RJ with Mumbai radio channel, Scriptwriter for documentaries and script-writing consultant for films. www.touchonelife.org is a website of Touching Lives for more information about her NGO.
