PowerJuvenation- Stress Management Workshop

Stress and stress related disorders have reached epidemic proportions in the world. Research continues to confirm the harmful effects of stress on people’s productivity, communication, attitude, their personal relationships and general health. We at MetroNirvana have developed a powerful workshop called PowerJuvenation. This experiential workshop acts on the physiological, cognitive, behavioral and spiritual levels of participants

Objective

The objective of the workshop is to enable participants to reduce their stress levels on a day to day basis and combat stress using integrated, holistic techniques, besides

Trainers

Vikram is a wellness and life coach. His pragmatic approach to holistic living in the modern world stems from the wisdom of yoga, nature, philosophy, psychology, and nearly two decades of personal practice and experience. It is his multi-disciplinary approach that motivates his clients to achieve their fullest potential. A management and law graduate, Vikram has nearly 15 years of work experience in the service industry, during which he witnessed stress at all hierarchies in the corporate world. This motivated him to share varied wellness skills to colleagues and others. He was amazed how significant these techniques proved in not only de-stressing but also unleashing the productivity potential of people. This inspired him to start MetroNirvana.

Khursheed, wellness coach, is a qualified Psychotherapist from California, USA. She has a master’s in Psychology and Sociology. As a therapist, she believes in the body-mind-soul connection. She has explored and practiced various alternative therapies over the past two decades such as Yoga, Meditation, Reiki, and Buddhist healing. As a wellness coach she helps her clients grow emotionally and spiritually to achieve a balance in their lives.
